Delete account

In the app

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

• Open the app and go to Settings.
• In the “Delete account” section, choose to delete.
• Confirm the action. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed.

By email

Alternatively, you can request deletion by email from your account's address to support@magneticworld.app. We process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, all associated data is removed:

• Account data (email, name, username, date of birth, nationality, profile picture)
• Travel content (trips, destinations, day plans, notes, packing lists, expenses, uploaded photos)
• Social data (friend list, friend requests, shared trips)
• Technical data (push tokens of your devices)

No data is retained unless statutory retention obligations apply.
